If Blair can win peace aerates awards, does this mean brown will win some form of accounting or economics awards?

His downfall was agreeing with everything Nick said during the debates and calling one of his supporters a bigoted woman

what an absolute tool...so desperate for power that he took the job when blair was fckd anyway.
blair could have had a very slow and shameful political death but brown took the job at the first opportunity...even though blair changed their agreement. he may not have seen the financial crisis(being chancellor he fckg should have..) but he should have seen the potential fall out for blair re WMDs, kelly (rip), etc...
corrupted by the desire for power - plus he bites his nails.

Spent about 10 years trying to shoo Blair out the door as part of THE DEAL and when he finally got the job appeared to have no idea why he actually wanted it.
Should have accepted from day 1 that he was Chancellor and no more ...... and realised that telling the markets you are going to sell off piles of gold ahead of time smacks of staggering NAIVETY of a level only seen in people who have never had a proper job in the real world.

Actually thought he was a very good PM.
Just the worst chancellor we've possibly ever had.
